Select that tab and then click the “Rotate” button. A dropdown menu with a few options will appear. Here, select “Flip Horizontal.” You’ll now notice your image has, as expected, flipped horizontally. As with many Office applications, though, there’s a quicker way to flip your image. Go ahead and select the image. Right-click on the picture and select 'Rotate.' The picture will rotate 90 degrees clockwise. Depending on the orientation of the picture, repeat this step a few times to correct the orientation of the picture. Click 'Save Copy' when done.

How To Rotate Photo Received In Email
You can rotate JPG pictures with this tool. It supports two rotation modes - rotation by specifying degrees and rotation by specifying radians. Remember that 360 degrees is two pi radians (2x3.14 radians). You can rotate JPG grapics files counter-clockwise and clockwise. Super simple!
